Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is provided to provisionally licensed therapists who are new to the discipline. Clinical supervision meets for one hour of every 40 hours of practice. During clinical supervision, therapists provide case consultations, explore transference and counter transference, process reactions to clients, and learn areas for clinical improvement. Supervision for the first two to three years of practice is required for full licensure in most states. We offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed providers located within the states of North Carolina and Virginia.
