Experience:I began my career working in a high school setting with adolescents for nearly 20 years. Currently, I am part of a team of counselors who work with the Marine Corps population as an embedded counselor. My practice experience includes Couples, Premarital, Grief, Career, Parenting, Stress, Anger Management and ADHD counseling. I am also trained to specialize in counseling First Responders.

Personal interests, Passions & Hobbies:  I enjoy water sports including diving, fishing and kayaking as well as hiking and backpacking. When weather does not permit outdoor activities, I am an avid gamer who enjoys MMO as well as single player role play games. I am also a Sci-Fi nerd and enjoy all things I can geek out on. Reading is an ongoing passion of mine; I love to read or listen to books that help me develop my skills as a therapist.
