I am licensed in North Carolina with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, substance use, social anxiety, parenting skills, lack of motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression and LGBTQIA issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in creating safe spaces in which we will work together to meet your specific issues and desired outcomes through the healing journey. I have extensive experience with Trauma. Creating a positive, supportive, caring, and trusting environment is paramount.
