Experience
I have a background in mental health case management and vocational counseling. I have worked as a school counselor for 22 years and a licensed therapist for 11 years.

I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Treatment modalities
I use an eclectic modality approach but often incorporate CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapies.

I have treated issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, autism, communication, identity, and vocational counseling.
Personal interests, passions or hobbies
I love to travel and make that a priority for myself. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my family and my dog.
