Personal interests, passions or hobbies

Some of my favorite things and interests are: music, wine, good food, festivals, new adventures, traveling, my family/kids, the beach, mountains, being outdoors, kayaking, learning, personal growth, building relationships, and my faith in God.

Bio Statement:

As a single mother of four and a professional therapist for almost 20 years, I understand the significant challenges life can bring. Life can be incredibly hard, and we often find ourselves needing someone to help us through things that feel too difficult to manage on our own. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empowering, and understanding. I will help you discover the tools to live a healthier, more fulfilling life, no matter what you may have experienced or has come your way, through a tangible and applicable method. Going through life’s challenges and changes can be hard on everyone. I love working with clients to help make transitions smoother, increase radical acceptance of situations and circumstances, and obtain necessary skills for living more fulfilling lives. I do this by providing practical tools and healthier ways of thinking that result in significant changes in how we feel and function.
