Experience:I have been providing counseling services since 2012, specializing in both mental health and addiction. I hold a Doctorate in Behavioral Health (DBH) from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (MA) from Webster University. I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina as a mental health counselor and addictions specialist, and I am also licensed in Florida, Virginia, and Vermont for mental health counseling. In addition, I serve as a clinical supervisor for mental health and substance abuse counselors in North Carolina.

My professional experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, career challenges, parent-child relational conflicts, marital and couples counseling, life transitions, and work-life stressors.
