I completed three years of service in the National Health Service Corps, providing mental health services to underserved communities in Georgia.

Desired populations – I work completely remote and offer telehealth services to teens, adults, couples, and families in states in which I am licensed to practice. I also offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians in the states of North Carolina and Virginia, and business consultation to therapists interested in starting a private or group practice.

Treatment modalities – My primary treatment modalities are Experiential, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy and shadow work. I believe that learning to recognize how our thinking patterns affect our choices, and as a result our outcomes, plays a significant role in our ability to lead happy and meaningful lives. I also believe that uncovering our unconscious desires and beliefs is key to self-acceptance and the ability to get past patterns of negative behavior. I use a lot of humor, experiential behavioral experiments, and examination of attitudes, values, and beliefs to help clients live more fulfilling lives.
